Spencer Schomaker - (shown above) - Syracuse University - Senior

Spencer has been having a strong senior season with the Orangemen. On September 19, Schomaker scored his 3rd game winning goal of his career. Netting in the 76th minute against Marquette, he scored his first goal of this season to add to his 3 assists. Captained by Tide forward, Syracuse has a 5-3-3 record and the only 3 losses have come to teams ranked in the top 5 of the country (Notre Dame, UCONN, & St. Johns). Cuse has defeated #20 Providence 3-0, and they tied #9 South Florida. Schomaker says, "Personally, I’ve been doing alright...[and I] hope to make the Big East Playoffs and continue to the NCAA Tourney."

Rafael Cox - (shown above) - University of Washington - Senior

The Huskies are always heavily represented by Tacoma Tide alumni. This season, the leader of these players is Rafael Cox. Cox has helped the Dawgs to a 6-3-1 record. During this period, Rafael has tallied 5 goals and 3 assists. These numbers have earned conference accolades of the highest regard: Pac 10 player of the week for Sept. 16-22. Brayton Knapp - (shown above) - University of Portland - Senior

Brayton Knapp’s Pilots are 4-4-2. Brayton received front page fame after scoring the first goal in his team’s 4-1 drumming over conference rivals, Santa Clara. Knapp has started all 10 matches this season and notched a goal and assist in those appearances.

Daniel Fadida - Savannah College of Art & Design - Junior

Fadida is lighting up the net in Georgia with 6 goals and 3 assists for his SCAD Bees. Fadida’s top performance thus far was a 2 goal match in his team’s 3-1 victory of Georgia Southwestern St. on Sept. 17.

Rory Agu - Fresno City C.C. - Freshman

Rory Agu is looking comfortable in the city where the Tide ended their season, Fresno, CA. Agu has 9 goals and 8 assists which leads the team in points. His 9 goals are second best for Fresno City and the 8 assists tops the team charts. 

Taylor Mueller - University of Washington - Sophomore

Rafael Cox is not the only Husky turning heads. In just his Sophomore season, Taylor Mueller has helped solidify the UW defense in 9 matches. The defender even scored a decisive game winner against Washington rivals, Gonzaga University on Sept. 28.

Taylor Hoss & Daniel Phelps - University of Washington - Juniors

Hoss and Phelps have been consistent performers for UW. Hoss has a goal and Phelps has an assist. Phelps even has a blog for the UW website. Click HERE to check it out.

Cam Vickers - Sonoma St. University - Freshman

Vickers has appeared in every match for Sonoma St. In those games, he’s tallied 4 assists for the SeaWolves’ 9-2-2 record.

Tucker Maxwell - (shown above) - St. Martins University - Senior

While the Saints have had a tough season thus far, Maxwell has been a stand out and received continuous praise from his head coach, Rob Walker. The defender has even scored a goal this year.

Ruben Orozco - St. Martins University - Junior

Orozco has started all 10 matches for the Saints. In his most recent match (Oct. 4), he got a key assist to mark a key 2-2 tie vs Northwest Nazarene U. Ruben has one goal and one assist on the year.

Daniel Gray - Cal Poly SLO - Sophomore

The Mustangs are 7-3-2. Gray has started in all 12 of those matches, an impressive feat for a Sophomore

Dennis Sanchez - San Diego St. - Senior

The Aztecs have received the same thing that the Tide received from Dennis Sanchez. That is a constant, top class, performer. Sanchez is a captain for San Diego St. and he has even gotten into the attack for an assist this year. He has been on the starters sheet for every match this year.
